Dodge

In true Ranz fashion, we must show what our baby took his first ride in - a Dodge.
Although, would it be anything but a Mopar car, in this family?
I don't think so....

Dad & Ian

I think his expression is obvious - total fear. Haha, Just kidding, that's definitely happiness....I think.
I also think that Andy was wearing this shirt when we had Heidi.... hmm

Kisses

One of many kisses this little guy is going to have to endure. Our children our just so damn kissable! Am I biased?

First Mohawk

Yah, this one is self-explanatory.....

Our New Baby Brother

So far, Heidi and Erik have been excellent siblings. They are actually interested in Ian and are caring as well. They are helpful and compassionate and aware. Once, when Ian was crying, Erik brought me a pacifier to give to the baby. He's only 5 days old today and his older siblings already know that he is their littlest brother. We know that there will be days when they are all tangled up in a wrestling hold and pulling each others hair out, but we will try a remember how much they already care for each other at such an early stage in their lives together.

Party of Five

Here we all are together for the first time. Tired, shocked, confused, happy, sad,... whatever emotion you may see on all our faces, we are a family and we are complete. :-)

Introducing.... Ian Elliott Ranz

Here he is - our third and final little bundle. He looks just like his big brother and sister (and screams just like his big brother...) Should be a real fun time in our house for the next oh....18 years. Please, come and visit the Ranzch Zoo anytime!

10 lbs 4 ozs?????

Oh My Goodness!
I knew I was uncomfortable, but this is just plain crazy - 10 lbs 4 ozs? Is that right?
Well, here's the proof - we had to get this shot to remember, although I don't think I will EVER have a problem remembering this one.

Birth!

Yup - here's a candid shot for you - he's coming right out of my belly. And thank goodness.
Easy birth, easy recovery, we're doing great.
